Terms & cONditions

On receipt of any bespoke manufactured orders TAG Sportswear will supply a factory produced CAD job sheet. This job sheet will include sizes, quantities, colours, plus all embellishments such as names, numbers and sponsors.

All details MUST be checked thoroughly as bespoke products cannot be altered or exchanged, it is the customers responsibility to check these job sheets and notify TAG Sportswear of any amendments required. Whilst our staff will always strive to ensure your job sheet is correct, mistakes can occur – please ensure the sheet is checked thoroughly.

The start date for your order will begin after TAG Sportswear has received written acceptance of the job sheet and payment has been received in full or the payment has been authorised to go against the club account. 

Orders for bespoke clothing cannot be cancelled once the manufacturing process has begun.

Stock items will be dispatched within 48 hours, whilst core items that require additional decoration such as club badges, embroidery and or printing will be dispatched within 14 days subject to stock levels from our suppliers.

Minimum Order Quantities

All items marked ** are made to order for your club.  Due to the nature of bespoke manufacturing, minimum order quantities apply.  

• Minimum order of 3. Same garment & same size i.e. 3x MJ

• Flexibility is allowed when ordering for a full squad.  For example a team of under 10’s may require 12 jackets in total.  The breakdown may be 1 x XL(for the coach), 6 x size LJ, 4 x XLJ & 1 x MJ.  This is a standard order for a kids team and NO SURCHARGES will be applied.

As a goodwill gesture TAG will accept REPEAT orders of less than 3 per size, however a 30% small order surcharge will be added. This will be payable on collection or before dispatch.

Lead Times

Lead times are kept to an absolute minimum, we aim to deliver the vast majority of bespoke manufactured orders within 6 weeks.  However, in peak times and around *public holidays these lead times can increase.  If you have a deadline for your order please contact the sales team and every effort will be made to achieve your required delivery date.

*Please note our production facilities are overseas and their public holidays fall at different times to those in the UK.


Prices are clearly marked on the TAG Sportswear website in pounds sterling. Adults clothing prices include vat at 20%, whilst children's clothing is exempt of vat.  The price quoted will include any embroidery and / or printing as specified within the item description. Any further decoration will be an additional charge.  Please check with the sales office for confirmation of these costs.
